Shipping policy

Orders to Italy: delivered in 5 business days with GLS  
Orders to EU: delivered in 5 business days with  UPS 

Orders to North America, UK* and Switzerland: delivered in around 5-7 business days with a UPS currier. 
Orders to the rest of the world:  delivered in around 7-14 business days with a DHL currier. 

*Due to Brexit, orders to UK might take extra time 

  
We are not responsible for lost packages. 

Please note: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to the sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return, custom fees and original shipping fee.
