How Do I Return a product? 


1. Send an e-mail to info@leorsine.com  and write "RETURN" in the subject. Include your name and order number in the email and explain us what does not work for you. 
2. If your request is accepted, we will send you all the information  that  include how and where to send the package. You have 14 days to return the product since the day you receive them. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We kindly ask you to insert your name and order number in the package. 

Socks cannot be returned without the tag. 

Shipping fees will be assumed by customer.

How am I eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It has to be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on our website www.leorsine.com - we are not responsible for orders placed on other stores or websites. 


You received a damaged product:
 

Every product is one-of-a-kind. Due to handcraft process, slight irregularities might occur. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us at info@leorsine.com  if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges

You can exchange a product within 14 days since you receive it. Please, contact us as soon as possibile so we can guarantee you to exchange it with another product you love before it runs out of stock. 

Shipping fees will be assumed by customer. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that  it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping, duties, taxes will be charged to the costumer.
