How to Initiate a Return:

Begin the return process by sending an email to info@leorsine.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Please include your name and order number in the email, along with an explanation of what did not work for you.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with all the necessary information, including details on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping fees for returns will be assumed by the customer.
Eligibility for a Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on our website www.leorsine.com; we are not responsible for orders placed on other stores or websites.
Damaged Product:
Given the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, slight irregularities may occur. Inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, final sale items (e.g., "kids collection" "shoulder straps"), or personalized items. For questions or concerns about specific items, contact us at info@leorsine.com.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us promptly to ensure we can exchange it with another product before it runs out of stock. Customer assumes responsibility for shipping fees for exchanges.
Timing is extremely important for us due to our countability. Please, don't wait too much and ship your package to us within 2 weeks since you received.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping, duties, and taxes will be charged to the customer.
