For all purchases made between November 24th and December 24th, you can request an exchange until December 31st.

How to request an exchange

To start the process, please contact us via email or chat and provide:

• order number,

• customer name,

• item you wish to return.

Product conditions

• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• We cannot accept products that show any signs of use.

Shipping costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
