Returns & Exchanges Policy

At LE ORSINE, every pair is handcrafted with care and made to be treasured. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email info@leorsine.com with "RETURN" as the subject line.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation of your return request

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel and share the tracking number with us once your package has been shipped.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Free from any signs of wear or damage
  • Returned with all original tags, dust bags, packaging, and accessories
  • Carefully packaged in the same condition in which they were received

We kindly ask that shoes be tried on indoors, on a clean surface only.

Every return is carefully inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear, scratches, marks, stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), alterations, or damage, or that are returned without their original packaging or accessories.

If a returned item does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through www.leorsine.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

As each LE ORSINE product is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of its artisanal character and should not be considered defects.

If you receive an incorrect or genuinely defective item, please contact us at info@leorsine.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as Final Sale
  • Kids Collection
  • Shoulder Straps

Final Sale items are offered at a reduced price because they belong to discontinued or limited collections and will not be reproduced.


Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

If you would like a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reserve the replacement item before it sells out.

Shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you have any doubts about sizing before placing your order, we encourage you to contact us. We are always happy to help you choose the best fit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Fair Use of Our Return Policy

LE ORSINE reserves the right to refuse returns or limit future purchases in cases of excessive or repeated returns, returns that do not comply with this policy, or any activity that we reasonably believe constitutes misuse of our return process.
