Shipping policy

Italian and European Orders: Orders leaves our warehouse in Milan within 2 working days. Shipping time: 3-7 days with SDA Poste Italiane or UPS.  

International Orders: Orders to North America, UK and Switzerland: Delivered within approximately 7 business days with UPS.  Orders to the rest of the world: Delivered within approximately 7-14 business days with a UPS or DHL courier.

Please Note that certain countries such as USA/Canada/Switzerland/UK will request you to pay for tax&import duties. 

Important Notices:

• We are not responsible for lost packages.

• International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Refusal of Payment:

• If the recipient refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to the sender. The order will be refunded, excluding the return fee, customs fees, and the original shipping fee.
